This Privacy Policy serves as a single umbrella policy for all current and future applications published by Vastin on platforms such as the Google Play Store. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") of India and other applicable laws.

• No Sale of Data: Vastin does not sell or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Current vs. Future Apps

Current Apps (e.g., Utility Tools)

Many of our current utility apps operate primarily locally on your device. They do not require user accounts, do not collect personal identifiers, and strictly process data locally (e.g., storage analysis).

Future Apps

As we expand our portfolio, future apps may include cloud-based features. These apps may require account creation or data synchronization via servers. Any such requirements will be clearly communicated within the app.

5. Permissions

Depending on app functionality, permissions such as storage access, camera, microphone, location, or usage statistics may be requested.

• Permissions are requested only when necessary for a specific feature.

6. Advertising & Monetization

To support development, our business model varies by app:

• Ads: Some apps may display advertisements from third-party networks like Google AdMob. These networks may use identifiers to serve non-intrusive ads. We do not directly control the data collected by these third parties.
• Subscriptions / IAP: Some apps may offer premium features via In-App Purchases or Subscriptions through Google Play Billing. We do not store financial details.
• Ad-Free: Some apps may be completely free of advertisements.

7. Infrastructure & Security

Depending on the app, data may be processed on servers operated by Vastin or by trusted third-party service providers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

8. Children’s Privacy

Under the DPDP Act, a child is an individual under 18 years of age. Our applications are intended for users 18 and older unless explicitly stated otherwise in the app store listing. We do not knowingly process the personal data of a child without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, to correct or update it, to erase it, to seek grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. You may exercise these rights in-app (where available) or by contacting us below. You may also withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
