1. Acceptance & Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, mobile applications, and services published by Vastin Technologies ("Vastin", "we", "us", "our"), based in Agartala, Tripura, India. By accessing or using any Vastin product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our products, unless an app store listing states a different age rating. By using a product, you represent that you meet the applicable requirement.

3. Accounts

Some products allow you to create or sign in to an account (for example, via Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Collect, upload, or process another person's personal data or images without their consent;
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our products or systems;
• Use our products to harass, defame, or harm others.

5. Intellectual Property

Our products, including their software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Vastin and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content you generate from your own inputs remains yours.

6. Entertainment & Informational Content

Certain products provide AI-generated or informational content offered for entertainment, cultural interest, and reference purposes only. Such content does not constitute, and is not a substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a basis for important decisions.

7. Fees, Purchases & Advertising

Products may be free, ad-supported, or offer optional paid features via Google Play Billing. Where advertising or paid features apply, this will be disclosed in the relevant app. We do not store your financial details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a product's output, arising out of or relating to your use of our products.

10. Termination

You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the relevant product or by other reasonable means before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agartala, Tripura, India.
